Google Earth: 15 Aratoro Place, Christchurch, New Zealand, built by Dome Construction Ltd in 1980 under a license agreement with W G Braine who called them Dome Shells in 1971 when he did a Master of Engineering degree.
Only the copyright owner or someone with the copyright owner's permission can use these rights. Unauthorised use is copyright infringement. Therefore it is surprising Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and DSA in Australia have copied and stolen W G Braine's Dome Shells sandwich shell design and made false claims to obtain finance amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars of Public Money (taxpayers money).
